Project description

Total area approx. 2 hectares. Our customer is a high end player in the field of instruments and IT and plans to move his production into new premises to be developed in the near future. The present location is in the center of the town Ramenskoye that does not contain a center with the facilities for people to meet, shop, spend free time, enjoy the life of the town. Together with our partner HHA Architects we developed a concept of the new town center to be developed with mixed functions of shopping, cultural venues, restaurants and cafes, apartments, food market place, fitness and parking.
