TECHNOPOLIS DEDICATED SMART INFRASTRUCTURE
In partnership with Deerns Consulting Engineers
Moscow Region, total area approx. 120 hectares. The customer has ambitious goals for economically optimized reliability and autonomy of the energy and utility support of the campus. The combination of buildings with different functions allows to (re-) use and combine several energy streams and utilities. Our partner Deerns Consulting Engineers developed an economically optimized dedicated campus infrastructure for energy and utilities based on local availability of resources, demand profile of different functionalities and requirements on reliability and autonomy based on the SUN methodology. This resulted in a system with district heating and cooling combined with privately owned power generation and distribution infrastructure allowing for reducing CAPEX and OPEX and profit of waste heat and synergy.
Pre-project documentation with architectural, functional & technological, engineering & technical solutions including main quality parameters and financial calculations of CAPEX.
